• Control vision to avoid being suddenly ganked by Julian. Don't let Julian gain an early advantage by scoring the first nutmeg.
• Don't let Julian scale early. Invade his jungle and counter gank Julian.
• Finish the match quickly because Julian is a strong late-game hero.
• Try to make Julian use his skill 2 early during team fight.
• Julian do not have much durability unless he take some defence items. So his main counters are mostly CC & Burst heroes.
